Grievance Redressal Mechanism: Grievance Form

  1. The grievance redressal cell resolves the issues reported by all the stake holders.
  2. At the department level, a proctorial system is followed where-in staff members are appointed to take care of grievances and complaints of students. Students can freely share their grievances to proctor which will be conveyed to dean student welfare and director through HOD.
  3. The institute has also posted the contact information such as e-mail Id’s and mobile numbers of the GRC Chairman, members, HOD and Director in the official website so that students as well as staff members can convey their grievances through e-mail or Whatsapp.
  4. Grievance can also be reported online through institute’s website by filling Google forms.
